Searching the BioServe Global BioRepository:

With over 600,000 human clinical samples, our Global BioRepository is packed with data.  For example, the “case report form,” or CRF, that each patient fills out when submitting specimens averages 10 – 15 pages in length. Depending on the particular disease, the number of data fields is well into the hundreds.  This wealth of data is the driving force behind our repository.  However, gaining an intimate familiarity with such an overwhelming amount of patient data is no easy task.

As such, we ask that our prospective customers submit as specific search criteria as possible for the particular clinical sample or disease state of interest. Then, our bioinformatics team will perform custom database searches to locate the precise sample set for your research needs. As mentioned, depending on the search parameters, this task can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
